EASTINGTON PARK SPRING WEDDING
People came from as far away as Australia and Canada to help Kieran and Sophie celebrate their wedding on 29 April 2017. Overlooking the grounds of Eastington Park Sophie began her preparations in the bridal suite of the 18th Century Manor House. Friends and family were on hand to assist. Without doubt Sophie and her bridal party looked stunning.
Meanwhile Kieran and his groomsmen had been very efficient having already prepared themselves for the day. The men were enjoying the morning Sun at The Bear at Rodborough whilst contemplating the day ahead. The ceremony took place at Rodborough Church which is famous for it’s connections with Thomas the Tank Engine. The Rev W Audrey having been rector for many years. Kieran waited in anticipation with the atmospheric sound of a male welsh choir, which had made the journey that morning from his hometown. The church was full and a traditional ceremony was enjoyed by all. Both Kieran and Sophie seemed calm whilst making their vows and enjoyed the magic of the occasion. The newly married couple emerged from the church and were showered in clouds of confetti.
HAPPILY MARRIED …
The happy couple were escorted to Eastington Park in a classic Citroen Traction Avant and we enjoyed capturing their arrival. We loved spending time with Sophie and Kieran filming some beautiful cinematic portrait shots against the backdrop of the stunning location. The breakfast hall was at maximum capacity and the atmosphere truly wonderful. It was difficult not to become caught up in the emotion of the speeches and the warmth of the supportive gathering. The guests applauded and cheered to welcome the married couple to the dance floor for their first dance. Kieran displayed some impressive dance moves culminating with Sophie being literally swept off her feet. The dancing and celebrations continued into the night.
Everyone agreed we had been part of a very unique and magical occasion. We wish the new Mr & Mrs Rowe a lifetime of happiness
