Here at Lucky Feather Wedding Films we work closely with our clients to produce high quality, distinctive and cinematic Wedding Films. Based in Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswolds, we are surrounded by beautiful countryside which is home to some of the country’s leading wedding venues.

We are a team of two wedding videographers and have produced numerous cinematic wedding films. Our other work includes music videos, commercial films and award winning short films. Your wedding story captured by our cinematic style of film-making combines to make the perfect record of your day.

I developed the love of film and cinema from an early age; still to this day the emotive magic of film hasn’t worn off. This is exactly what has inspired me into wanting to pursue a career in telling stories. Each wedding increases my love for filmmaking and I look forward to continuing developing my craft as a storyteller.

Which brings me on to the question, why do I love filming weddings? Wedding filmmaking is becoming one of the most creative forms of video production. Working without the influence of corporate guidelines but instead with original and creative ideas set by us and our couples it allows us to really focus on whats most important, storytelling. In addition, working in an environment fuelled by the excitement and happiness of our clients continues to inspire me and make me love what I do. Which for me is the ultimate goal. ~ George

I have had a passion for film almost for as long as I can remember. Over the years I have appeared in many short, corporate and independent films, plus appearances on television in programmes such as The Casual Vacancy and Casualty. I have also written and directed short films including ‘Cold Caller’ a short film produced by George & I through our own Lucky Feather Productions. The film also starred Daphne Neville (Broadchurch) and Peter Stenson (Doctor Who) and had a successful festival run culminating in a win at the Ohio International Film festival for ‘Most Suspenseful Short Film’

Not content with producing our own work I also love to be behind the camera and the opportunity that weddings provide to tell other peoples stories. To capture such a magical chapter in someone’s life on film and produce a wedding film that delights is an honour and a very rewarding privilege! ~ Phil
